The Panera Plaza in the Buffalo Road shopping district was constructed of cast-in-place concrete, structural steel and structural metal studs. The project included civil, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, engineering services and shell improvements for GameStop®, Great Clips®, T-Mobile®, Verizon® and Sally’s Beauty®.
